At your home purchase planning appointment, we will discuss your homeownership goal with the homeownership planner and they will help you develop a plan of action to achieve your goal of purchasing a home.

Initial Home Purchase Planning Appointments are $30.00. Each additional follow-up appointment is free of charge.

 

How to Schedule an Appointment

To schedule a Home Purchase Planning Appointment, call our Hollister Office. The friendly front desk staff will schedule the soonest available appointment for you.

Before your Appointment

Customers will be sent via regular mail or e-mail (whichever your preference) an intake form to complete and return before the initial appointment.

All attendees must also bring:

• Most recent month's pay stubs

• Most recent month's bank statement(s)

• Most recent federal tax return (first two pages only)

• Picture ID

These items are needed in order for the Homeownership Specialist Planner to pull your credit report (soft pull only, so it won't hit your credit) and to give you the best guidance on how to become homeownership ready.
